Cultural Arts of Waco

We are Cultural Arts Waco, established in 2004 as Waco Cultural Arts Fest (WCAF), founded by Doreen Ravenscroft, who has established deep roots in East Waco through the arts dating back to the 1980s. Since its inception, the WCAF has demonstrated its deep commitment to serving the entire community without regard to race, culture, or religious background. Throughout our years of service to the community, we have maintained a minimal overhead, ensuring the vast majority of funding received gets invested back in the community.
