Song’E Napule

Ciro began making pizza at thirteen in Fuorigrotta and refined his craft across Europe and the Caribbean before coming to New York. In 2015 he and his wife, Austria, opened Song’E Napule, which has since grown to multiple locations.

Yesenia’s plant-based cooking draws on her family’s Afro, Latin and Indo Caribbean heritage.

Damiano’s love of food began in his family’s kitchen during his Sicilian childhood. At Sip, Savor & Give he will serve his Truffle Gnocchetti with Coccia Tartufi.

Bilena will serve a mini chocolate mousse cake.

Matthew Wasson

Sunday Supper

Matthew’s bold, rustic cooking draws on his Sicilian heritage. Known for appearances on Food Network’s Chopped and Ciao House, he now cooks through Sunday Supper, his New York City pop-up. He will serve Tuna Crudo with Orange Garlic Confit and Roasted Garlic Crema.
