We invite you to join us for A Night Under One Sky 2026: Bridges of Faith, Legacies of Hope on Monday, October 5, at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.
We're honored to welcome Dr. Melva K. Wallace, President and CEO of Huston-Tillotson University, as our keynote speaker, with special musical performances by Dave Madden and Friends.

Dr. Melva K. Wallace
As part of A Night Under One Sky 2026: Bridges of Faith, Legacies of Hope, iACT is honored to welcome Dr. Melva K. Wallace as our keynote speaker.
Dr. Wallace serves as the seventh President and CEO of Huston-Tillotson University, a nationally ranked private liberal arts HBCU in Austin. With more than 20 years of higher education leadership experience, she has guided the university through a period of growth and innovation, including securing a historic $150 million gift from the Moody Foundation—the largest philanthropic gift in HBCU history.
Dave Madden
Dave Madden, an alum of both Berklee College of Music and TEDTalks, has been voted Best Music Arranger at the AMP Austin Music Industry Awards, Top 10 Best Keyboards by the Austin Chronicle’s Music Poll, and Best Austin Record by INsite Magazine. A voting member for the Grammy’s, a member of the ATXM Musicians Advisory Panel, and founder of the 11:59 Songwriting Group, Dave is the rare combination of accomplished songwriter and masterful multi-instrumentalist.
