JAGBASH RAFFLE
OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

Raffle Period: August 1, 2026 – October 9, 2026
Drawing Date: October 9, 2026
Benefiting: Johnson High School Athletics

1. Sponsor
The JagBash Raffle is conducted by the Jaguar Pride Association (JPA), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, EIN 85-0520076. Proceeds from the raffle benefit Johnson Student Athletes.

2. Raffle Period
Raffle ticket sales begin August 1, 2026 and close at the event on October 9, 2026. No entries will be accepted after the close of the Raffle Period.

3. Raffle Ticket Prices & Information

Tickets can be purchased at the following prices:

• One (1) raffle ticket for $25

• Three (3) raffle tickets for $50

Each individual raffle ticket represents one chance to win. All raffle ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Tickets can be purchased online until noon (12:00pm) on October 9, 2026 & may be purchased in person at the JagBash event entrance from 7:30pm-8:30pm.

4. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase a raffle ticket or win a prize.

5. Prizes
All prizes are donated goods.

Prizes will be advertised on the JagBash Event Home Page as well as JPA Social Media. There will be one (1) winner drawn for each prize.

Prizes have no cash redemption value and may not be exchanged for cash.

6. Drawing and Winner Selection
The winning tickets will be selected by random drawing on October 9, 2026, at JagBash.

The winning tickets will be drawn from the complete pool of eligible raffle tickets. All tickets purchased online will have a corresponding paper ticket with name and contact information filled out by the JPA Treasurer. These paper raffle tickets will be available to view at the JagBash event entrance. Participants who purchased tickets online may request to see their tickets and then place them in the drawing bowl. At the close of the raffle ticket sales period, the JPA Treasurer will place all remaining eligible raffle paper tickets into the drawing bowl, and the raffle drawing will commence.

A person may win more than one prize only if that person holds more than one winning ticket.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible raffle tickets sold.

7. Winner Notification
Winners do not need to be present to win. The JPA will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.

Winners may be required to provide identification and/or other information reasonably necessary to verify their eligibility and claim their prize.

If a winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to claim the prize by December 31, 2026, the prize will become property of the JPA and may be used as a raffle prize for a future event.

8. Prize Acceptance
Prizes are awarded "as is," without warranties or guarantees except those provided by the manufacturer, if applicable.

All federal, state, and local taxes or other obligations resulting from acceptance of a prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prizes are nontransferable until awarded and may not be redeemed for cash.

9. Tax Information
According to federal tax law, raffle tickets are not tax deductible as charitable contributions because the purchaser is buying a chance to win a prize.

11. General Conditions
By purchasing a raffle ticket, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and by the decisions of Jaguar Pride Association concerning the administration of the Raffle, subject to applicable law.

The Jaguar Pride Association reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, or modify the Raffle if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Raffle from being conducted as planned, subject to all requirements of Texas law.

If the scheduled drawing cannot be held, the Jaguar Pride Association will comply with applicable requirements regarding rescheduling the drawing or refunding raffle ticket purchases.

12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, winners may be photographed accepting their prize and the photos may be used in future JagBash publicity.

Participation in publicity is not a condition of winning.

13. Governing Law
The Raffle is conducted pursuant to applicable Texas & UIL laws.

14. Required Ticket Information
Each raffle ticket will include, at minimum:
