PARTNERSHIPS FOR CHILDREN TOURNAMENT RAFFLE

Raffle Period: Monday, August 31, 2026 – Monday, October 26, 2026

Raffle Closing Date: Monday, October 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Time

Drawing Date: Monday, October 26, 2026

Benefiting: Partnerships for Children

1. Sponsor

The Partnerships for Children Tournament Raffle (the “Raffle”) is conducted by Partnerships for Children, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families involved in the child welfare system. Proceeds from the Raffle will benefit Partnerships for Children and its charitable mission.

2. Raffle Period

Raffle ticket sales begin on Monday, August 31, 2026 and close on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Time, unless ticket sales are closed earlier at the discretion of Partnerships for Children.

No entries will be accepted after the Raffle closes. Only eligible raffle tickets purchased in accordance with these Official Rules and Regulations will be included in the drawing.

3. Raffle Ticket Prices

Raffle tickets may be purchased at the following prices:

One (1) raffle ticket for $50

Three (3) raffle tickets for $125

Six (6) raffle tickets for $250

Each individual raffle ticket represents one chance to win. All raffle ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a raffle ticket or win a prize and must otherwise meet all eligibility requirements under applicable law.

Employees, board members, and other individuals affiliated with Partnerships for Children, as well as their immediate family members, may be excluded from participation as required by applicable law or the organization's conflict-of-interest policies.

The Raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

2027 WM Phoenix Open Tickets + Three-Night Stay for Two

The prize package includes:

Two (2) passes for Day 3 of the 2027 WM Phoenix Open.

Two (2) passes for Day 4 of the 2027 WM Phoenix Open.

A three-night stay for two (2) people in connection with the tournament.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Priceless

The exact lodging arrangements, travel dates, hotel accommodations, and any additional inclusions or exclusions will be determined by the prize provider and/or Partnerships for Children and communicated to the winner.

Unless expressly included in the prize description, the winner is responsible for transportation, airfare, meals, ground transportation, parking, incidental expenses, travel insurance, and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize.

The prize is nontransferable unless otherwise authorized by Partnerships for Children and the applicable prize provider, has no cash redemption value, and may not be exchanged for cash. Partnerships for Children reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.

6. Drawing and Winner Selection

One (1) winning raffle ticket will be selected by random drawing on Monday, October 26, 2026 following the close of the Raffle.

The winning ticket will be drawn from the pool of eligible raffle tickets sold during the Raffle Period. The selected ticket holder will be the potential winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations.

A participant may win only one (1) prize package.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible raffle tickets sold.

7. Winner Notification

The winner does not need to be present at the tournament or drawing to win, unless otherwise announced by Partnerships for Children before the drawing.

Partnerships for Children will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.

The winner may be required to provide identification and other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and claim the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to claim the prize within the timeframe communicated by Partnerships for Children, an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with applicable law.

8. Prize Acceptance and Travel Conditions

The prize is awarded as described in these Official Rules and Regulations and is subject to any applicable terms and conditions established by the hotel, ticket provider, event organizer, or other prize provider.

The winner is responsible for confirming availability and coordinating any required reservations with the designated prize provider. The three-night stay and tournament passes are subject to availability, applicable booking deadlines, and any restrictions communicated to the winner.

Partnerships for Children is not responsible for cancellations, delays, changes to the tournament schedule, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that may affect the use or enjoyment of the prize.

The winner and guest are responsible for complying with all applicable event, hotel, and travel requirements. All federal, state, and local taxes or other obligations resulting from acceptance of the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Tax Information

Raffle ticket purchases are generally not tax-deductible as charitable contributions because the purchaser receives a chance to win a prize in exchange for payment.

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Partnerships for Children may be required to collect tax information and report the prize to the appropriate taxing authorities, as required by law.

10. Use of Proceeds

Raffle proceeds will be used to further the charitable purposes and mission of Partnerships for Children.

11. General Conditions

By purchasing a raffle ticket, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and by the decisions of Partnerships for Children concerning the administration of the Raffle, subject to applicable law.

Partnerships for Children reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, or modify the Raffle if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Raffle from being conducted as planned, subject to applicable law.

If the scheduled drawing cannot be held, Partnerships for Children will comply with applicable legal requirements regarding rescheduling the drawing or refunding raffle ticket purchases.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, the winner may be asked for permission to allow Partnerships for Children to announce the winner's first name, last initial, and/or photograph in connection with the Raffle, the tournament, or Partnerships for Children communications.

Participation in publicity is not a condition of winning unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and agreed to by the winner.

13. Governing Law

The Raffle is subject to applicable Texas law, including the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act, Texas Occupations Code Chapter 2002, to the extent applicable.

The Raffle may be conducted only if Partnerships for Children and the Raffle meet all applicable legal eligibility and operating requirements. The Raffle is void where prohibited by law.

14. Required Ticket Information

Raffle tickets and related promotional materials should include, at minimum, the following information, as applicable under Texas law:
