LUMINARIUM: PHASES 2026 RAFFLE
OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

Raffle Period: September 7, 2026 – November 6, 2026
Drawing Date: November 7, 2026
Benefiting: Pease Park Conservancy

1. Sponsor
The Luminarium: Phases 2026 Raffle is conducted by Pease Park Conservancy, a Texas nonprofit organization. Pease Park Conservancy is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, EIN 46-2388316, exempt since August 27, 2013. Proceeds from the Raffle will benefit Pease Park Conservancy and its charitable mission.

2. Raffle Period
Raffle ticket sales begin September 7, 2026 and close at the event on November 6, 2026, unless ticket sales are closed earlier at the discretion of Pease Park Conservancy. No entries will be accepted after the close of the Raffle Period.

3. Raffle Ticket Prices
Raffle tickets may be purchased at the following prices:

• One (1) raffle ticket for $100

• Three (3) raffle tickets for $250

Each individual raffle ticket represents one chance to win. All raffle ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable except as otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase a raffle ticket or win a prize.

Pease Park Conservancy employees, current and former, board members, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, grandparents, children, or siblings) are not eligible to win.

Raffle tickets may only be purchased by residents of Travis, Hays, Williamson, Bastrop, Blanco or Burnet Counties. 

5. Prizes
Three (3) prizes will be awarded. All prizes are donated goods.

1. Treat Yourself - Halo and Broadband Light Laser Treatment, Donated by Austin Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, value $2,500

2. Keep Austin Verde- Two Austin FC Tickets and Access to the Lexus Club + Patagonia Merchandise, including Black Hole Duffle 40L, Black Hole Pack 25L, Terravia Tote Pack, and Terravia Mini Hip Pack, Donated by William Lehner and Patagonia, value $1,268

3. The Kids’ Adventure Pass- A Year of Unlimited Austin Youth Fitness Programs and Camps for Two Children + Gift Certificate to purchase a Woom Bike, Donated by Austin Youth Fitness + Woom Bikes  value $8,000

There will be three (3) winning tickets selected and three (3) total winners.

Prizes have no cash redemption value and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitutions on the prize will be made. 

6. Drawing and Winner Selection
The winning tickets will be selected by random drawing on November 7, 2026, the day after the Luminarium: Phases 2026 event.

Three winning tickets will be drawn from the pool of eligible raffle tickets for each item.

A person may win more than one prize only if that person holds more than one winning ticket.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible raffle tickets sold.

7. Winner Notification
Winners do not need to be present at Luminarium: Phases 2026 to win. 

Pease Park Conservancy will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.

Winners may be required to provide identification and/or other information reasonably necessary to verify their eligibility and claim their prize.

If a winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to claim the prize within the timeframe communicated by Pease Park Conservancy, Pease Park Conservancy may select an alternate winner in accordance with applicable law.

8. Prize Acceptance
Prizes are awarded "as is," without warranties or guarantees except those provided by the manufacturer, if applicable.

All federal, state, and local taxes or other obligations resulting from acceptance of a prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prizes are nontransferable until awarded and may not be redeemed for cash.

9. Tax Information
According to federal tax law, raffle tickets are not tax deductible as charitable contributions because the purchaser is buying a chance to win a prize.

10. Use of Proceeds
Raffle proceeds will be used to further the charitable purposes and mission of Pease Park Conservancy.

11. General Conditions
By purchasing a raffle ticket, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and by the decisions of Pease Park Conservancy concerning the administration of the Raffle, subject to applicable law.

Pease Park Conservancy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, or modify the Raffle if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Raffle from being conducted as planned, subject to all requirements of Texas law.

If the scheduled drawing cannot be held, Pease Park Conservancy will comply with applicable requirements regarding rescheduling the drawing or refunding raffle ticket purchases.

12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, winners may be asked for permission to allow Pease Park Conservancy to announce their first name and last initial in connection with the Raffle or Pease Park Conservancy communications.

Participation in publicity is not a condition of winning unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and agreed to by the winner.

13. Governing Law
The Raffle is conducted pursuant to applicable Texas law, including the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act, Tex. Occ. Code ch. 2002. Texas does not issue raffle permits or licenses; qualified nonprofit organizations may conduct charitable raffles under the Act without a state license.

The Raffle is void where prohibited by law.

14. Required Ticket Information
Each raffle ticket should include, at minimum:
