Raffle Period: September 17, 2026 – September 20, 2026
Drawing Date: September 20, 2026
Benefiting: Red Oak Hope
1. Sponsor
The Red Oak Hope Raffle is conducted by Red Oak Hope, a Texas nonprofit organization. Red Oak Hope is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, EIN 82/2-104196, exempt since July 28, 2017. Proceeds from the Raffle will benefit Red Oak Hope and its charitable mission.

2. Raffle Period
Raffle ticket sales begin September 17, 2026 and close at the event on September 20, 2026, unless ticket sales are closed earlier at the discretion of Red Oak Hope. No entries will be accepted after the close of the Raffle Period.
3. Raffle Ticket Prices
Raffle tickets may be purchased at the following prices:
One (1) raffle ticket for $25
Three (5) raffle tickets for 100
Twenty (20) raffle tickets for $300
Each individual raffle ticket represents one chance to win. All raffle ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable except as otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Drawing and Winner Selection
The winning tickets will be selected by random drawing on September 20, 2026, in connection with Red Oak Hope’s A Night of Hope event.
Five winning tickets will be drawn from the complete pool of eligible raffle tickets.
A person may win more than one prize only if that person holds more than one winning ticket.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible raffle tickets sold.
