Join Colorado River Alliance and 150 business leaders, philanthropists, and elected officials from the Highland Lakes area for an evening of community and celebration benefiting our state’s lifeblood and greatest natural resource, the Texas Colorado River.

This will be an inspiring evening filled with stories of the River from those who care for it. Join us to hear how you can take action to protect the Texas Colorado River and keep it healthy for future generations.

Guests will hear from CRA about youth outreach activities designed to empower students with tools to protect the future of the river and have a positive impact across the Highland Lakes area. The evening will culminate with the 2022 Highland Lakes River Hero awards ceremony; honoring local community members for their outstanding river stewardship.

Colorado River Alliance

Colorado River Alliance is a nonprofit organization with the mission to champion the long-term vitality of the Texas Colorado River through education and engagement. We believe a healthy, flowing river is imperative to the long-term well-being of Texans, our communities, and our state. We dedicate resources, time, and energy to empowering Texans with knowledge about how to protect the Texas Colorado River to ensure its long-term vitality. We focus our efforts on youth outreach and informal water-science STEM education.
