Join Colorado River Alliance and over 100 philanthropy, community, corporate, and city leaders from the Highland Lakes area for an evening of celebration for our state’s lifeblood and greatest natural resource, the Texas Colorado River, at the 2nd Annual River Heroes of the Highland Lakes awards banquet.

During the event, guests will hear from CRA about its mission and plans to engage youth in the preservation of the future of the river to make a positive impact of the Highland Lakes community. The evening will culminate with the presentation of the Highland Lakes River Hero Awards; honored for their outstanding river stewardship.
Flowing through the heart of our beautiful Texas Hill County, the Texas Colorado River is truly our state's lifeblood, providing recreational and social environment envied throughout the nation. The River is important to our economy, our environment, our industry, our agriculture, and especially our lives as Texans.
To maintain this precious resource for future generations to use and enjoy, we must inspire and empower today’s youth and our communities to take action by keeping it healthy, clean, and flowing. Learn more about CRA's educational programs HERE.
